September 2, 2025Living at Encanto at MDS has been a lovely, unique ABQ experience. You get the perks of living in ABQ without the big-city chaos. The layout of the apartments are beautifully designed, the finishes are modern and sleek, and the MDS area offers beautiful 360 views. The amenities are amazing as well! A year-round pool and hot tub and a 24/7 gym are a rarity. The sauna and cold plunge truly makes it feel like resort living.Property Manager Responded

There are some issues with unoccupied children using amenities and maintenance repairs that have to be paid for by the renter. Our initial choice on the list was Encanto at Mesa Del Sol. Thanks to the leasing staff's assistance and warmth, the move-in process was easy and hassle-free. They are customer-focused in addition to being professional. The management team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are well-cared for and the amenities ...are excellent. Finding an apartment on the outskirts of town was perfect for us. The amenities and the quiet and beautiful location have been wonderful. Our cats are very happy here as well. August 26, 2024I would not recommend living at Encanto at Mesa Del Sol. Upon moving in, I did not have hot water due to cut electrical inside the walls from during construction that clearly got overlooked during inspection. Leasing was slow to respond to questions or concerns about the lease after taking deposit, application, and admin fees (and overcharging). This is concerning to me and I hope the rest of the property is safe. I was not informed while moving in that the amenities were not fully finished. ...Parking is difficult for bigger vehicles due to the carport spaces being so narrow and the posts being in the way.
