    I've lived here for over six years and have seen some great improvements. New secure mailboxes, Brand new cabana and gym renovations with an amazing shared space and pool ! They converted the playground and kids area to a new spectacular one. The office staff and maintenance crew have been consistent for many years . They are always absolutely fabulous and always helpful. There are apartment issues like any where but everyone is pretty decent and friendly.It feels safe and like a ...

    As with any apartment complex, there are typical issues such as overflowing garbage and lots of loud base music cars driving through the parking lot. Maintenance tries to keep the trash area picked up and clean daily. Even in the evenings, there seem to be open spots for parking with a possible further walk to the H, I, and J buildings. Two parking passes are issued per apartment unit. Pros: The manager appears to care about renters and finding quality tenants, if possible. Most people seem to ...

    This apartment complex is overal ok.. Offers one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Pet friendly. There's a pool/spa, fitness center, tanning bed and playground. I believe the upstairs portion of the office can be rented out for family gatherings and such. We don't seem to have too much of an issue with parking. Maintenance is quick and do a great job. There's a service road right next to the complex that leads to some nice walking trails. Inside the apartments there's washers and dryers, ...
    wood-burning fireplace, dishwasher, garbage disposal and there's extra storage space on the deck/patio. Its centrally located, close to freeways, transit and shopping. Downsides.. Kind of overpriced for the space you get. It's really close to the freeway, if you have your windows open you can hear it. The spa hasn't worked since we moved in (8 months ago). The "playground" is not suitable for children over 4. There isn't much storage space in the apartment (at least for our 3rd floor, 1 bedroom). Some tenets aren't very respectable of others.. Theres trash everywhere, folks can't seem to clean up after themselves, Drive around the complex with their music on full blast (in the middle of the night), don't stop for the only stop sign in the complex (I've almost gotten hit half a dozen times in 8 months). This is supposed to be a non-smoking community, if you smoke, you're supposed to do it away from the buildings and carports (your guests too), but most people don't (which drives me crazy! I get irritated easily by cigarette smoke) and they leave their cigarette buts all over the place. It's mainly the other people here that make it seem worse than it is. We would like to move out of here when our lease is up.. But unfortunately we may not be able to afford to move.

    Our apartment is newly renovated which is very nice however this apartment sits right next to a freeway, as well as a popular water park so traffic getting out and coming in is always a problem as well as the freeway noise.

    Enchanted Woods Apartments has some great amenities, but some problems too. Pros - Pool, Gym, free tanning bed. Very reasonable rents. Maintenance staff is fantastic. Poor management has been replaced with some really great people. Cons - We have had ant infestations 4 times a year for the last 4 years. (Management does pest control as soon as they are told.) Parking is a nightmare. Some of the tenants are loud and violent. The lawns are almost always soggy and muddy. This is a non-smoking ...
