Best staff!!!!!
March 12, 2026I can’t recommend Enclave Apartments in Columbus, GA enough! I had a last-minute change of plans and suddenly needed an apartment fast. When I reached out to the office, Sylvia, Belle, and Santana jumped right in to help. They were able to get everything handled and had me moved in within just two days, which honestly meant the world to me. This was my very first apartment, so I was a little nervous about the whole process, but they made it so easy and welcoming. They answered all of my ...questions, kept me updated, and were just genuinely kind the entire time. You can tell they truly care about the people who live here. Sylvia, Belle, and Santana are amazing at what they do. They’re always helpful, attentive, and quick to respond if you need anything. What could have been a really stressful situation turned into such a smooth experience because of them. I’m so grateful for how they helped me during my move. Home away from Home
June 19, 2023I have been residing at these apartments over the last 6 months. My experience have been more than DELIGHTFUL. The management team have address/resolved any issue or work orders in a timely manner (24-72 hours). I even received a personalized birthday message from the mngnt team.As a person from a tropical island, the pool and community area have made me feel at home. Management is not good
August 22, 2022The staff is terrible and I would not subject myself or any family member to them. My daughter lived there as did some of her teammates from CSU. One of the teammates car was stolen and the staff blamed my daughter and her roommates. They even told the police that they thought the girls had something to do with it. One of the staff members was talking about the girls to their coach. They are very unprofessional. The girls were always accused of making noise, one time they were accused and ...they were out of town. So I think the staff had it in for them. They had issues with their apartment, the washer and dryer never worked properly. They always had bugs in their apartment. The folks that lived above them were loud and would make noise at 6:00am and nothing was ever done about them. Whenever I stayed at the apartment, without fail 6:00am I was woke up by the loud noise above the apartment. The staff was so nice when we were looking but were so mean once we moved in. I was so happy when the girls found a house to live in and were able to move out. I would not recommend this complex to anyone with students. It is not a nice place to live.Property Manager Responded
