November 24, 2025I moved here from several hours away. I saw the apartment and the area one time. That one time was enough for me to be excited to proceed with leasing. Despite managerial updates and such, Cassie and Ariel were super helpful and guided me every step of the way. They went above and beyond normal leasing agents tasks and were so kind. They helped me learn not only the property, but also took the time to tell me what was in the area and where to look for furniture. I was very appreciative. I called ...or emailed almost every day with a new question and they were never impatient or annoyed with me. If they were, I didn’t know, haha. When I finally did move in, both of them were very excited to see me like we’ve known each other for years! I felt very welcome here, in addition this being an amazingly gorgeous property!Property Manager Responded

Had enough - I would not stay here again for sure
February 22, 2025I've held off writing a review until now, but standing out in the cold after the building fire alarm (false alarm) is going off for the 3rd time since I moved in 6 months ago, I felt it was time. 1. Fire alarms - for the entire building go off - no reason - have been from the start. never a fix, never an answer as to why. 2. Internet - goes out for the building multiple times per day, so if you plan on working from home here - don't plan on that. 3. Dog poop - while the complex does a good job ...of stocking the dog bag holders and their are plenty of dog poop receptacles. The current batch of residents don't use any of that. 4. Mgmt - new every week - never met anyone in the front office twice 5. Trash Valet service - I've been asking for the special trash can that is used for this service that they charge me $30 a month now for 6 months - but no one has ever answered an email - and when I go to the front office - well - always a new person 6. Maintenance - the two maintenance guys have been very good, and a bright spot for the complex. They've always done their best to maintain the property, are friendly, and they take care of the complex., But - Both just quit and will no longer be working here because of the management issues. The place does "look" nice - but buyer beware. Needless to say - but I will not be renewing my lease. I almost never leave reviews, but honestly - I've just had it with this place. I think the problems started when a new mgmt company was hired to manage the property right around the hurricane, You'll see the past reviews prior to this were all very good (*which is why I went here), but no more....Property Manager Responded

April 1, 2023When looking for a place to live in Asheville, I did the typical research of apartment complexes, rentals, etc. I saw the Enclave Piney Mountain online and booked a tour for the same day. The complex is stunning with different apartment options. Brand new apartments, not to mention the pool. What truly sold me though was Kristine and Savanna. So kind, welcoming, and fun. I moved to Asheville without knowing anyone. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to meet people. They made me ...feel right at home. Absolutely Stunning!
November 17, 2022Moving to Asheville from out of state was simple and stress-free with Kristine at Enclave Piney Mountain! After looking at several apartments in the area, I was feeling like I wouldn’t find a place I loved. That all changed when I saw Enclave Piney Mountain! The property is stunning—super serene and tucked away, but only 7 minutes from downtown. The apartments are really spacious and have great natural light. Kristine is such a valuable asset to the complex. She’s very responsive, great at ...communicating, and always looking for opportunities to plan events for all of us to get together! Glad I found Enclave
November 16, 2022I've been living in Enclave for six months now. Kristine, the manager, is always available to answer any questions about the lease or any general questions. She definitely made me want to move into Enclave over other Asheville apartments. She's so personal, kind, and professional and she's on top of any minor issues. I appreciate the frequent updates and event messages from Kristine, which make a huge difference living in a community and getting to know my neighbors. Phil, our maintenance staff, ...is also reliable, attentive, and knowledgeable! All staff are communicative and they make us feel heard. Beautiful Property, Even Better Property Manager
November 16, 2022Enclave at Piney Mountain has premier apartments with a view that is something out of a fairly tale. It’s in a secluded part of Asheville with close access to downtown. If this wasn’t enough to make you stay, then Kristine, the property manager, is enough to close the deal. She is passionate about her job and lovely to speak too. She will do everything she can to make your experience memorable and is worth paying the tab alone. Property Manager Who gets things DONE!
November 16, 2022I’ve been living at Enclave since the summer as a transplant new to NC! Kristine has been the most helpful at providing community updates, planning gatherings and socials for us and even alerting us of the local wildlife so we stay safe in the community which is full of friendly pups.
