Incompetent Staff and Maintenance Issues
May 16, 2023Let me just start by saying that I paid my rent early, in full, every single month and had caused no problems on premises. I know it's not always the norm at complexes. That said, the office staff has zero organizational skills and I never received my move-in lease agreement or cost sheet until the DAY OF getting my keys, only AFTER continual emails/phone calls to push things along. The fact that I had to keep asking for things to get accomplished instead of a smooth process (since that's what ...the leasing office is supposed to be good at) was super frustrating. Black mold in every bathroom and AC intake area. The spa/hot-tub was often closed for maintenance. Pool bathrooms were always locked. The grills barely worked. My heating/AC unit went out at least three times and I had missed work because of it. Then my washing machine broke, so there's another two days to diagnose and then fix it and no laundry for weeks. My move-out should've been simple, but the office never sent a reminder of the leasing ending, and I thought it was a 30-day notice that was needed, not 60 days (my bad). They even had my leasing agreement in office that showed 2/3/23 as my move out date when my physical SIGNED copy said 2/10/23, so it's concerning what kind of record keeping their doing... When I contacted the office about the Notice to Vacate, I was told the property management company "American Capital Realty Group" was running behind on their renewal letters. When I emailed that company, they claim they don't HAVE to send those notices, it's just a courtesy. So I got hit with an extra week of paying rent at a higher rate. It was the holidays and I'm a single mom, but no one was willing to help me. So I reluctantly paid what I owed, even moved out over a month early because I just wanted to get out of that place and into my home. When I got sent my final bill, I was charged $50 for water WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN LIVE ON PREMISES FOR 6 WEEKS. I asked for an explanation from the office the day I received the bill and received zero correspondence. It was like they completely washed their hands of me, then sent me to collections while I waited for a response. I tried to contact their property management company via email and phone, no response at that point either. Excellent
February 16, 2019Enclave has always done me well! Had a lot of fun staying here, beautiful pool and spa that I was at very often and a lot of great cook outs that took place at the grills they have to offer. I recently moved out of state but I’ll never forget my time living here. It was truly the best! The ladies in the office and the maintenance guys are seriously the best. Excellent customer service! The Enclave
October 13, 2018The office staff are the best part of living here. Shannon, Megan, Jessica & Kayla are all amazingly friendly and responsive. The apartments are conveniently located close to Walmart and Costco and next to Harkins pretty much right next to everything. The complex is well maintained. Enjoyable place to live!

WONDERFUL
