A dream to work with!! Gorgeous property
May 25, 2021As a first time renter several months ago - the entire office staff made the entire process a breeze for me! I was moving from halfway across the country, and they could not have been more accommodating both online and on the phone with getting everything settled for me to move in - and then when I arrived they were just as wonderful in person. Several months in and things are still going just as smoothly. The online resident portal makes everything from paying rent to service requests as easy as ...can be. The staff is also great with communicating to their residents about various events (food trucks visit a few times each month, for example!) and ongoing projects around the apartments. While there is some construction, it is understandable being a brand new complex, and it shows that they truly care and want to give their residents the best experience possible. Nice pictures, chaotic living there
May 20, 2021I leased online and the pictures were nice and the office staff were initially friendly and helpful. Over the past 6 months, there have been continuing noise issues brought on by the ongoing construction, parking issues and lack of water pressure. While the office staff tries to mitigate issues, there is constant noise due to "fixes" to AC, airflow and parking. If you have more than one car, you will experience having to park one of your vehicles in a place not close to your apartment. The ...distribution of parking places and the planning during the building process was very poor and is now, even at 70% capacity , creating chaos. Water pressure issues were blamed on the city of Bluffton and maintenance can only do so much to change this. Hardly enough pressure to rinse your hair in the shower. If you have another choice carefully consider whether you are willing to tolerate what look to be ongoing issues. The rent does not reflect the value given these issues.
