September 23, 2025Enclave at Madina has beautiful, modern homes with granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and fenced yards with landscaping included. However, rent is high, the $75 community fee feels wasted on poor landscaping and delayed home security access, and construction quality shows issues like cracking walls and odd-sized doors.
