September 6, 2024If I could I would rate this place a 0. I lived here for 16 months the first 10 months was alright. But then may 2024 my room flooded twice because of the upstairs neighbors their water heater broke. The only thing the apartment complex did was put down a fan didn’t even clean up the water I ended up having to do that. I ended up getting mold behind the baseboard the only thing they did was paint over it. I had maintenance come back and do it right the only thing they did was scrap the mold then ...painted over it. They wouldn’t do any more work. I’d put a maintenance call and they would only close it. August of 2024 I got a notification from my camera that someone was in my bedroom. I called the office and they didn’t know who it was. It was maintenance putting a new baseboard in. They came in without telling me and the office didn’t care they didn’t give me notice. I’m so happy to finally be out of there. I’ve had to throw away at least 30 beer bottles from my balcony or my front porch every week. This place is a joke the office people don’t care at all. Great place to call Home
October 18, 2022Enclave has been a perfect place to call home. I've been here a year and a half and am loving it. The Apt and amenities are great. The maintenance is very quick, professional and polite. The staff here are helpful in resolving issues. Sylvia has been and continues to be a great help. We have valet trash for a small fee per month and the people picking up the garbage are here every time and are very professional and polite.
