Units are a great size. Updated units seem nice, mine is not updated but it is huge with a lot of storage. The complex is a mess. They need a groundskeeper as there is trash everywhere. parking lot needs paved, breezways need cleaned and probably repaint concrete, fence needs powerwashed and painted, sand volleyball court needs to go, total eye sore, tennis court is pointless as well, fence is leaning and asphalt is cracked. eyesore. playground has missing items they have not replaced, dog stands are always full and out of bags, compactor is broke so we only get trash pick up when there is room in large dumpster sitting in parking lot. This doesn't even include the 2 buildings that caught fire and are still not fixed after more than 1 year. The buildings need repairs to shutters, windows, trim and paint. The place is becoming an eyesore and the management does not care, I would move if I could find an available unit in the area. Wish they could be better because the size of the units is amazing.
