July 21, 2025My experience has been very nice! I’ve been here 15months now and plan to be here for awhile. My daughter enjoys playing on the playground and swimming. The grounds are taken care of and landscaping always looks great. I’ve had no trouble with the maintenance team. They’re prompt when I submit a request and always fixed my issue. No trouble with the leasing team. They’ve always been understanding and work with me. This year , I’ve used the gym and pool and enjoy it. I enjoy working out and ...looking out the window to the pretty pool view. Pathways are usually clean for the most part. I do notice dog poop here and there. Overall , I love it ! June 23, 2025I have lived at the Enclave Winghaven for the past three years. It is a beautiful community with many options for walking, picnicking, and enjoying nature. The pool at the Enclave is large and very enjoyable during summer months. I am moving because I want more space/backyard. However, there have been many management changes in the past year that have resulted in various issues around the complex, including but not limited to, excessive trash buildup in dumpster areas, poor execution of snow/ice ...removal in parking lots (leaving many residents trapped in their parking spaces for days), poor communication and record-keeping in the office, and failure to reinforce policies such as using grills near building (resulted in building fire(s)) and allowing residents to spread birdseed (resulting in disgusting outdoor spaces that are overrun by hungry birds and mountainous of bird poop). Though I am sad to be leaving, I am slightly relieved to be exiting when things seem to be declining here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
