This apartment complex is absolutely stunning, with a luxurious and modern aesthetic. The staff at the leasing office were incredibly warm, kind, and patient throughout the process. As a mother of three, things were a bit overwhelming for me during the move, but I had the pleasure of meeting Kaylan, who was exceptionally sweet and understanding, both with me and my children.

Actually put effort into fixing the gate that has been broken for 2 YEARS! In building two. Seriously, management has said over and over and over that it is being fixed, but they have not touched it at all. It’s a violation of safety and we have random people accessing our apartment constantly!

The apartment is nice, the management organizes a lot of events/food trucks/other services, and they have begun to redo most of the landscaping. Maintenance has been a stain on an otherwise very good experience.

Enclave Woodland Lakes made the renting process easy. I was able to choose add ons like a garage easily and see my total costs during the selection process. I was late checking in due to movers delay. Management and Julie were gracious to work things out for us. Anari toured us and called with important instructions to meet our move in deadline. The Enclave team have been great! Move-in day on my end went a little longer than expected due to mover delay. Melissa, Julie and team went the extra mile to ensure I obtained keys by staying a little later after closing. The next day Anari checked in on us to ensure things went well and if we had any questions. She happily created a maintenance request and things were taken care of within a reasonable amount of time by capable maintenance personnel. Thankyou!

When we moved in, everyone we asked (our neighbors) complained non stop about management and their unit. I’ve never had unit issues and for the first 6 months couldn’t see any issues with the apartment. Personally my fiancé and I fell in love with the place. As time went on a lot of lackluster behavior started to show. Cleanliness in halls and elevators was the first sign. We thought well maybe the maintenance doesn’t see it. Then we realized why they don’t see it. Because they take a week to fix ...
even a simple problem for them (water filter). So they must not be walking these halls and riding these elevators (only one as other has been broken since a month after we moved in) in order to see these issues.
