A great place to call home
February 12, 2025I moved in here in 2017 and it's 2025 now I have been tremendously happy living at Encore Memorial. Iv never had any issues living here its quite peaceful everyone is friendly What sets it apart from the other apartments, The Management Staff led by Brielle and assisted JD and Dustin, they have made encore a Community where you get to know one another and have fun (pool parties, bonfires, chili cookoffs there are great amenities. The Maintenance Staff is great! , the Manager, is amazing You ...will see them often over the weekend to ensure the pool is clean! The staff is professional. they truly appreciate you and Brielle, JD, and Dustin are helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They are happy to help you with anything anytime They will often make suggestions of an event you may like in the area. Most importantly they follow through and communicate every step. Encore Memorial a True Community
October 25, 2023I moved across the country 1.5 years ago. I have been tremendously happy living at Encore Memorial. What sets it apart from all the other apartments, is it truly is a Community. The Management Staff led by Brielle and assisted by JD and Dustin, have created a true Community where there are quarterly meetings where residents and staff openly discuss improvements, events, and issues. Additionally, they have fostered community by hosting multiple events for residents to get to know one another and ...have fun (pool parties, bonfires, chili cookoffs, etc). Beyond the feeling of community one feels, there are great amenities (pool, grills, dog park, playground, and community garden). The Maintenance Staff is superb! Eddie, the Manager, is on top of everything often before you make the request. You will see them often over the weekend to ensure the pool is clean! They are so kind and professional. Nothing is a bother and they truly appreciate you and their work! Brielle, JD, and Dustin are communicative, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Encore Delivers On Their Promises
October 3, 2023I came to Encore in a bit of a tight spot and I was overwhelmed with how helpful everyone was. I had leased another apartment in S. Tulsa and was not given the apartment I had agreed to lease, due to an error on their part. In short, I needed a new place to live and I needed it quickly. The entire staff at Encore was incredibly kind and understanding. Dustin, my leasing agent, went way above and beyond what was required or expected of him to deliver an exceptional move-in experience. I could not ...have been more pleased with how I was treated. Having been a resident there for about a month and a half, I can say that the grounds are kept in immaculate condition, the apartments themselves are clean and well maintained, and the one maintenance request that I did turn in was handled within less than twenty four hours. Animal hospital, constant noise.
May 24, 2021if you live in the south west corner of the complex you will have to deal with near constant barking from the Animal Lodge right next door. the dogs are let out and promptly start barking at 7:30am sharp every day of the week including sunday’s and will do so consistently until the city ordinances require them be indoors and quiet at about 10pm. all other aspects of the complex are great. apartments are clean and spacious and on site staff is wonderful. if you can sleep through incessant barking ...or you are unbothered by constant noise throughout the day this place may be perfect for you.Property Manager Responded

Encore Memorial is where you want to be!

Great community with top of the line amenities to include a community garden, playground, dog park, large pool and jacuzzi area, personal gym w/ dumbbell sets. A super place to live
February 19, 2020we're going on 2 years living here and it is an incredible place to be. The accommodations are good, but the staff is the best ever - especially the maintenance people Joel and Areullio - they are responsive to your needs, well qualified to fix any problem, personable beyond belief and always professional. i would recommend leasing here to anyone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere combined with a central location, and very good neighbors. this place rocks.Review from Apartments.com
