    I love everything about my apartment and living at the Encore! Everything in the apartment is so quiet - I don't hear my neighbors. Love the gym and the resident lounge. Package delivery is so convenient as well. And the parking is the best you can get for city living (although having designated spots for residents would be very nice)! There are 2 minor drawbacks: Club Seven that is essentially next door brings a lot of noise at night and some unsavory characters to the street (and there were ...
    gunshots recently). The other thing is that in the summer there are very loud motorcycles - one of which is housed in the Encore's private garage. Again, likely outside of the Encore's control but the noise of the bike and the loud music they play is disruptive and inconsiderate.

    I would recommend the building for its apartments, location, and some of its amenities. I would warn them, however, about a bar in the area that has caused some issues as well as the fact that the building doesn't provide some of the amenities that newer buildings now do.
