Day or night life goes on at Encore. and sometimes at the drop of a hat.The other evening after swim time was coming to an end someone said we are going to grill some shrimp I said I will cook some pasta and I called another friend and two others stopped by and before you know it we had a party watching basketball playoffs .This happens all the time.

My friends and relatives think the price of the villas are outrageous. We are concerned about the number of vacant units and at the time of my lease renewal there will be a significant increase to offset the loss bring incurred with Greystar.

My husband and I are so delighted to be here at Encore. We relocated from Long Island NY, sold our home and here we are. We are looking for a 55 community, as we looked at so many beautiful home communities, we find it very hard to move from Encore. The amenities are amazing, you can’t compare. The people, the staff and the convenience of having a restaurant on the premises with a bar! you just can’t beat it. Encore we truly love it here!!!

Making the move to Encore was the best thing I’ve ever done. I love my apartment and all the amenities provided by the community. My neighbors have quickly become my friends and there is always something to do and someone to do it with. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I along with many many of my fellow residents sit around the pool or enjoy our bi monthly Sunday brunch saying we can not believe we are living like this like it is a resort every day out our front door.What I love most about this is the friendships I have made with more people than I have ever had.I cant believe I am really able to live here.
