Safety and front office are concerning
November 25, 2019Ender's Place has the cheapest options in Baldwin Park for a reason. I understand if you are willing to take this risk, but realize that it is indeed a risk. Let's get to it: The front office: The front office likes to respond to your emails with phone calls and then confirmation emails saying that your problem was solved. They do this so that they can look things up later and say they were resolved, but do not list what was said on the call. In my case, it was a mold issue. You can see the ...attached pictures below (if this site allows). It took two weeks to get someone to take care of it, but according to their system it was "handled that day". I had to walk in with the petri dish with the mold cultures growing and the mold growing on my clothes before they took action. Also, they will nickel and dime you if not even try and take a kidney. They informed us that our carpet had signs of "excessive walking" and that we would have to replace it. I had to make 5 phone calls to find out the age of the carpet before finding out that it was quite a few years old by the end of our lease. They were trying to make us pay for an brand new carpet when they knew they were legally obligated to replace it anyways. Maintenance: These men are wonderful and very efficient. Location: Do not live near the corner of Fox st. and Bennett Rd. There have been a lot of vehicles broken into in that area and the apartment does not respond when asked what changes will be made. You will find the parking spots are a premium and you have to park far down Fox st. which is bothersome at night since there are a lot of bats. For one month there was a stolen car that had rotting food inside that the apartment refused to move. Not everything is terrible, but do your research before taking the risk of moving here.Property Manager Responded

Love this place!
February 9, 2017We moved here from up north last June and have been very pleased with Enders place. The staff and maintenance, specifically Seth, Chrissy, and Mike have been awesome! All our needs are promptly met. Enders place is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I love that the park is walking distance. It is a very safe place for our kids to play. Best Renting Experience. Ever.
February 9, 2017Over all the years I've rented, Enders Place has been the easiest and best to work with. The staff in the office are incredibly friendly, and are a real pleasure to work with. All the different floor plans are also an asset. We recently decided to move within property to a larger unit, and the process has been smooth, and painless. Good place
February 9, 2017Glad to have found this place. Close to a lot of my favorite places and quiet neighborhood. Staff is great though they are a bit hard to get hold of due to how busy they are showing the place.
