took our money
January 19, 2024my spouse and i payed $70 for the application fee. i informed them that i had recently just started a new job and didnt have a paystub from them yet. nothing was said. so we payed the fee and applied. after we applied she said we have to wait to reapply again until i have 2-3 months worth of paystubs and that they cant accept paystubs from any previous employment. my spouse alone makes more than 3x the rent and thats not including my income. they are now not responding to any of our emails after ...taking our $70. it was not disclosed in the application nor her responding email that you needed to have 2-3 months worth of paystubs from your current job and werent complying with the fact that i just started a new job and my spouse alone makes more than 3x the rent.Property Manager Responded
