Rude customer service

January 3, 2017 - Review from Apartments.com

The worst customer service ever! I just wanted to see if they had any apartments available, the 1bx1ba to be exact, and the person was rude. Instead of answering the call in a professional introductory way it was rude, abrupt and in a "what did you want" attitude. In case anyone is looking beware of rudeness. Your questions won't be answered and most likely you will be hung up on.
