We moved here during covid in 2020. We sold our house and i thought it was going to be a hard transition. we had been in a house since 2005 but to our surprise the transition was much smoother than we thought. So we just renewed our lease for another year. Hopefully we will be able to purchase our new home in a year.

I love the complex and the community. All leasing staff and maintenance staff AND security are very friendly and helpful.
Maintenance came by today. Bill was very thorough and quickly rectified my two requests.
Sean was very helpful when I needed help to figure out the amazon lockers. Z was very helpful when I needed some guidance to pay rent on the app, Bilt. He also put in a couple of maintenance requests for me as I was confused about “which app” to use.
I love the proximity to so many ...
restaurants, the coffee shop, and especially, the Beltline!

Great location! Apartments are a tad bit older but location and price more than makes up for it. Price is decent for being on the beltline. No problem with noise level at least on my side.

I have enjoyed living at the enso. I like my neighbors and the convenience living here basically in the city. The people who do yard work always leave my patio a mess with the blower. that is the only thing that is upsetting. Bill is the best.

Living experience is average, you get what you pay for. Amenities are often not clean or kept up with, people often leave trash throughout the building. Management isn’t very motivated to being proactive or efficient when it comes to resident inquiries or keeping up with the building. It’s nothing special here but could be worse at the same time.

The community is great and common areas are well kept. I just wish they were a bit more aggressive on the no smoking section that every resident signed onto in the lease - it is not uncommon to open your door and feel like the hallways (sometimes the elevator and OFTEN the staircases) have been hotboxed.

Good place to live especially with nearby amenities. However I think security should be more looked into due to car break ins. There is a common area where it happens and if the current security provider could focused on the most agitated area that would be great.
