I have lived here 6 years and I love it. The staff is great as is the maintenance. The grounds are kept beautifully. It is close to Walmart, Walgreens, gas stations and other grocery stores. Easy access to highway 60 into Phoenix and beyond. My apartment is great, very soundproof.

The stars are wonderful and know what they’re doing. They have no problem assisting with any of the leasing duties. They’re friendly and helpful. The property is amazing it’s next to a busy road but yet you never hear any traffic sounds. The grounds are maintained to perfection and all of my neighbors have been very friendly.

Very friendly and helpful leasing staff; moving in was a breeze. Attentive and hardworking maintenance staff as well. Well-maintained grounds and nice pools and gym. Relatively quiet for an apartment complex (major intersection nearby brings a little extra traffic noise). Quiet, peaceful neighbors. Highly recommend this place.
