quiet and safe neighborhood, family friendly, neighbors mostly keep to themselves but are incredibly polite. application and leasing process was simple. pay your rent on time and there shouldn't be any issues. I haven't needed anything fixed yet however I always see the maintenance men working, they seem super helpful. my biggest complaints would be the parking situation and the fact that there's no AC (not a huge deal- a couple fans or a window unit will work wonders on the hot days). overall a ...
great place to live thus far!

Surprised by security deposit less than 48 hours before move in
March 19, 2021
Wasn't told about the security deposit until less than 48 hours before we were supposed to take possession of the apartment, after we had already paid a reservation fee. We asked specifically about deposits and move-in fees when we applied, so imagine our surprise when managers told us it was out fault we didn't know about them and should have asked. Not a good experience, will not apply here again in the future.
