Living Conditions Worsening – No Support from Management

I’ve been dealing with a serious maintenance issue in my unit for over a month now, and it still hasn't been resolved. Despite repeated complaints, management has not offered to move us to another unit or allow us to terminate the lease without penalty.
The AC unit is non-functional, and water continues to leak from it, damaging the floor. To make matters worse, there is visible mold spreading across the bathroom walls, creating an unhealthy and unsafe living environment. Unfortunately, there ...
has been no urgency in addressing these issues, and communication from the management has been disappointing.
I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before moving in.

I have lived at Epic for 2 years and love it. The staff is amazing and always takes care of maintenance request quickly. The gym has new equipment and lots of weights so I was able to cancel my gym membership.

The management only cares about handing out fines. They change the acceptable rules weekly and will fine you for not immediately abiding. The walls are ridiculously thin, you can hear word for word every conversation next door, in the hallway, even outside the building and across the parking lot (no exaggeration). save your money and live somewhere else.

Very happy to be a new tenant at Epic. The leasing staff was very helpful at every step through the leasing process. I have to give props to Kristin though, she seemed to always be the one to handle my calls, she was very helpful and patient will all of my questions and was always very eager to help me!

Stay away from this place! Seriously, do not be deceived by the look. The management will rush you to move-in, and once you sign the lease they don’t don’t bother about anything else.
