Living Conditions Worsening – No Support from Management

I’ve been dealing with a serious maintenance issue in my unit for over a month now, and it still hasn't been resolved. Despite repeated complaints, management has not offered to move us to another unit or allow us to terminate the lease without penalty.
The AC unit is non-functional, and water continues to leak from it, damaging the floor. To make matters worse, there is visible mold spreading across the bathroom walls, creating an unhealthy and unsafe living environment. Unfortunately, there ...
has been no urgency in addressing these issues, and communication from the management has been disappointing.
