Living Conditions Worsening – No Support from Management
April 29, 2025I’ve been dealing with a serious maintenance issue in my unit for over a month now, and it still hasn't been resolved. Despite repeated complaints, management has not offered to move us to another unit or allow us to terminate the lease without penalty. The AC unit is non-functional, and water continues to leak from it, damaging the floor. To make matters worse, there is visible mold spreading across the bathroom walls, creating an unhealthy and unsafe living environment. Unfortunately, there ...has been no urgency in addressing these issues, and communication from the management has been disappointing. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before moving in.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Staff

Horrible management, paper thin walls, and fines-galore.
January 5, 2022The management only cares about handing out fines. They change the acceptable rules weekly and will fine you for not immediately abiding. The walls are ridiculously thin, you can hear word for word every conversation next door, in the hallway, even outside the building and across the parking lot (no exaggeration). save your money and live somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
