Amazing New Management
March 21, 2026I’ve been living in this community for about a year now, and I wanted to share an updated perspective. When I first moved in, I honestly found myself counting down the days until my lease would end. I chose this complex because it’s part of a company I had a great experience with in the past, so my expectations were high—but initially, it didn’t live up to them. However, in just the past few weeks, the change in management has made a noticeable difference. You can truly see the effort being put ...into improving the community, and it finally feels like things are moving in the right direction. The environment is becoming more organized, better maintained, and overall more aligned with what I originally expected. I also see it as a positive step that rules are being enforced, as it helps create a more respectful and comfortable living environment for everyone. I also want to recognize Manager Natalia, the office staff, and the maintenance team. They have been consistently responsive, professional, and very kind, which truly makes a difference in day-to-day living. I’m genuinely happy to see these improvements and hopeful about what’s ahead. Great Experience
January 28, 2026I loved living at Epic Residences! Zamira was so helpful from the start and I couldn't have chose a better place to move when I moved to Florida.
