WASTE OF TIME
March 7, 2022Don't waste your time with these apartments. When I first moved in I requested pest control and they took 2 months to close the ticket WITHOUT calling or sending anyone. I ended up spraying myself. 6 months later I opened a ticket for electrical issues, plumbing, and the door handle breaking. They took 2 days to call to come in my apartment. Don't waste your time here
March 7, 2022Don't waste your time with these apartments. When I first moved in I requested pest control and they took 2 months to close the ticket WITHOUT calling or sending anyone. I ended up spraying myself. 6 months later I opened a ticket for electrical issues, plumbing, and the door handle breaking. They took 2 days to call to come in my apartment. New manager is great

Safety and living conditions are a concern
December 5, 2018Living in this community has not been a great experience. To start with the water came out yellow when I started the shower. It seemed to someone go away but then the temperature doesn't stay at one temperature it goes from extremely hot to extremely cold without warning no matter what you set it on. They don't have central air conditioning in the unit that I was in so during the summer it was extremely hot until very late at night. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog there because of how ...hot it was during the day. I had an experience with someone harassing me and following me that I told management about and they did not do anything to help me or show any concern so that was a huge problem for me as a woman living alone or for someone with kids or any safety concerns really. They were helpful in getting me in so if you're in a pinch it will work but I would not recommend it if you have options.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
