Most amazing experience and great staff!
September 22, 2022I moved to the area to start my career. The property that I was suppose to be living was not at all what I was shown and was a total nightmare! One of my co-workers told me to contact Erdace. I was in a pannic waiting outside at a property that I had no intentions of living at with no idea where I was going to live. The Erdace staff was so kind and welcomed me with open arms. They offered me their model unit to sleep in over the night then the next day help discuss prices and what their property ...had to offer. The leasing agent and her property manager were so wonderful In making sure that my cat and I found the perfect place to live. The next day I met Arianna who showed me multiple units and helped me pick the best one. I could not believe how nice she was or the entire staff. Gorgeous Property with Great Management
September 13, 2022We've been at Erdace Apartments for about 6 and a half months, and have no complaints! The property is very well-kept, and our apartment has the best view of the lake. My husband and I eat at Luna's every Saturday, and it's been so nice to take a few steps across the street to get there! Management is also extremely helpful and kind. September 13, 2022Love living here so far, the property is very protected with a gated parking garage and codes on every door. The leasing agent Arianna was so helpful in getting us toured, moved in, and helped me out when I locked myself out my apt.
