The community features include pet-friendly policies, playground, pickleball court, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. The landscape is new and makes the community nice and clean and welcoming.
Management and maintenance suck

The maintenance guy is never on site and lives over an hour away so good luck getting anything fixed. Our water heater breaks consistently and they just make it harder to fix or check out by locking the door it was In and take multiple days to show up.
