Management is awful. Moving out ASAP Brittany chooses which policies to actually follow. And very fake to your face and will throw you under the bus for her clicks so fast. Just terrible Little snippet for everyone. Newer neighbor claims dog bit her. No bite no marks no nothing. Neighbor called office and just told her that it happened. Same day gave us a 30 day notice. Didn’t call us. Even tho we’ve never had 1 issue with rent, apartment, dog nothing in 3 years but new neighbor calls with ...

I have lived at Erlands Point Apartments for 15 years, and I have to say, "I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! The staff are always wonderfully awesome and they help with issues that come up. They are so very nice and respectful to everyone. I rate this wonderful awesome place 5 stars, due to how much I love it at Erlands Point Apartments. I am always happy with the staff and other residents.
