I like living here because it feels safe and my unit layout and amentities are wonderful. I especially like the hard flooring and no carpet. But there's room for improvement with respect to Maintenance communications, expectation setting and management. My experience with other rental communities, for the last 8 years has included text communications, not email.

My wife and I have been enjoying our stay here. It's in a nice location, the staff are always helpful and courteous, the maintenance is prompt, the communication is good. It's a little expensive for the overall quality of the townhome itself, but other than that I have no complaints.
