November 23, 2025Very quiet calm place. Has all age groups living here. The gym is always clean and the pool is kept very nice. I really enjoy living here and I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2025My apartment had a couple problems moving in but maintenance was so fast to fix the problem! The office staff made getting the apartment and moving in so smooth and the neighborhood is actually so beautiful!! I love it here!Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2025Great apartment! Very homie feeling. Only downfall is the apartment we moved into, we feel was not prepared and looked at prior to us moving in which has made us have to contact maintenance a few times.Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2025Overall, this is a nice and well-maintained complex. The facilities are clean, and the general upkeep of the property is appreciated. However, there are a few concerns that affect the overall living experience. The dog park is unfortunately not well cared for—many residents don’t clean up after their pets, which makes it unpleasant to use. The stairwell near my apartment often smells like cigarette smoke, which is frustrating for those of us who don’t smoke. Another ongoing issue is noise: ...neighbors frequently let their doors slam at all hours, even late at night, which can be disruptive—especially for residents who work early or have irregular schedules. Lastly, the gym could use some improvements, particularly with more equipment geared toward leg and ab workouts. With a few changes, this could be an even better place to live.Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2025Love everything about this apartment besides the parking. They keep up with maintenance and landscaping around the community. Normally quick to get to work orders. Front office staff is always helpful and nice. The parking is the biggest down fall unfortunately. There is very little parking at night now as I am having to walk a long ways to my apartment and no open covered spaces available. Wish there was a better parking situationProperty Manager Responded

Disappointing move out
August 22, 2025I liked living here at first, but honestly this place nickel-and-dimes you and the management is a nightmare to deal with. You have to pay for guest parking, and if those spots are full, your friends are out of luck. They charge you separate fees for using things like the pool, grills, and fire pit — things that should already be included in rent. I wasn’t told about this upfront. Moving out was a headache. They force you to give notice in person, which is nearly impossible if you work normal ...hours since the office isn’t open early or late. Worst of all, they cost me $300 during move-out. I hired a cleaning service (which they require), but the office never unlocked my unit so the cleaners couldn’t do the job. I called multiple times, and by the time they finally went, it was too late. Their excuse? “The cleaning crew may have gone to the wrong unit.” - Ryan Totally unprofessional. The place itself is fine, but the way management handles things is sloppy, careless, and costs residents extra money. My last impression of this place is terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2025The apartment complex at Escape at Arrowhead is not bad. Most of the residents are also courteous to your move-in needs. The front desk workers are absolutely unbearable. They make your entire experience as painful as possible, do not try to ask more than one question. They were literally. Explode on you. And complain that they are the only person working solo and that it’s somehow your fault for asking multiple questions. Amenities look really nice if you can get to them before others do. The ...pool area is also really nice, if you can actually get in the pool before it’s crowded. The same with the gym, a variety of machines and weights to fit needs. Lastly, do not forget to have a clear see-through trash bag when leaving your trash outside for collection. You will literally get a violation for doing so. Even though they do not tell you that ahead of time. Overall, no more than a three. I wish I went with a different place.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2025It has been 6 months living at Eascape at Arrowhead for me, and it has been some of the most peaceful, enjoyable and joyful months. The wonderful areas to host parties with my family & in-laws, we have created memories none of us will forget. I am so thankful for the security I feel going "home" at any hour because I feel safe living at EAA! I love the accessibility to the fitness center, pool and lobby to be able to work productively.
