May 25, 2026I will say maintenance is pretty quick, but we have a lot of issues internally with the complex like the wall. It’s not real paint so it gets dirty and they wanna charge us for it which I think is a little silly and. Like the rent that’s increasing $200 and then as well as the parking is from 35 to 75. April 16, 2026Living at Escape at Arrowhead has been a really positive experience for me. One of the biggest highlights is the amenities—they’re well-maintained, modern, and actually enjoyable to use. Whether it’s the pool, fitness center, or common areas, everything feels thoughtfully designed and adds real value to everyday living. The neighborhood is another major plus. It’s clean, convenient, and has a comfortable, welcoming vibe. I’ve found the people here to be respectful and friendly, which makes a big ...difference. It feels like a community where neighbors look out for each other without being intrusive. Overall, Escape at Arrowhead is a solid place to live if you’re looking for a balance of good amenities and a positive environment. April 8, 2026Staff is always wonderful and helpful. Complex is well kept up landscaping wise but amenities don’t work more often than others. Grills could be managed better and deep cleaned every month or so. The parking situation is probably the least enjoyable thing about the complex. March 2, 2026Hard to have community when you must pay for guests to park. Clean place. Fast valet garbage pickup. I don’t like the fact we have to search for a parking spot especially if our apartment’s apartment vicinity is taken.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2026The area is kept so clean. Garbage is picked up everyday. Dog poop is usually picked up. The common area like the gym are always nice. Everyone here keeps to their own and are nice.Property Manager Responded

February 13, 2026My boyfriend and i walked in for a tour , greeted with such kindness and friendly hospitality, we saw two units and fell inlove with the one we moved into , everything has been so wonderful, The whole place is so beautiful and nice i love the unit we moved into , there was some minor things i would love to see if we could do anything about nothing too bad i have a great view and am just loving the community good neighbors and amazing management and front office staff! keep up the good work you ...guys are very attentive and good with communicating i haven’t had any problems or complaints .
