March 23, 2026Living at Escape At arrowhead has been a wonderful experience. We have been here about three years and love living here. The location is convenient and it’s a friendly neighborhood. March 2, 2026Hard to have community when you must pay for guests to park. Clean place. Fast valet garbage pickup. I don’t like the fact we have to search for a parking spot especially if our apartment’s apartment vicinity is taken.Property Manager Responded

February 13, 2026My boyfriend and i walked in for a tour , greeted with such kindness and friendly hospitality, we saw two units and fell inlove with the one we moved into , everything has been so wonderful, The whole place is so beautiful and nice i love the unit we moved into , there was some minor things i would love to see if we could do anything about nothing too bad i have a great view and am just loving the community good neighbors and amazing management and front office staff! keep up the good work you ...guys are very attentive and good with communicating i haven’t had any problems or complaints . January 22, 2026The staff and amenities here are wonderful. There are some people here who don’t follow rules about their dogs, and that’s not Escape’s fault, but I wish some things were better enforced.Property Manager Responded

December 23, 2025A great up kept complex. The office staff is always nice and helpful with any needs. Only downfall is the parking situation and how heavy the doors are that people just slam them. Other than that it has been a pleasant experience and one of the better apartments I have lived in.Property Manager Responded
