Love living hear the past 3 years. :staff of friendly and helpful. The complex is well maintained and the local food trucks that have been coming on a rotation have been so fun and good for socializing and meeting to friends

Great experience overall. I gave 3 stars for noise because the person above me has very heavy footsteps that sometimes wake my kids up, even around midnight. The neighborhood is good and close to many places, but the location feels a little awkward when it comes to driving in and accessing the gate. Great amenities and l especially love the AC control in my unit, it has great options.

I will say maintenance is pretty quick, but we have a lot of issues internally with the complex like the wall. It’s not real paint so it gets dirty and they wanna charge us for it which I think is a little silly and. Like the rent that’s increasing $200 and then as well as the parking is from 35 to 75. I think a lot of it is nickeling and diming

Staff is always wonderful and helpful. Complex is well kept up landscaping wise but amenities don’t work more often than others. Grills could be managed better and deep cleaned every month or so. Living at Escape At arrowhead has been a wonderful experience. We have been here about three years and love living here. The location is convenient and it’s a friendly neighborhood. I feel safe here even walking my dog late at night when it’s dark. Come by and check us out!

Great community, easy access to all the freeways, apartments are nice and well kept, staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are especially the pool area
