      For the most part my experience here has been amazing! Most my neighbors are so friendly and our office management is the sweetest! Its parking is almost impossible and just the one neighbor who smokes weed in their apartment and it comes through the vents to ours. Being pregnant this has been the worst but other than that everything is great!

      I think there are a lot of things that be worked on like amenities certain things in the apartment but I also do like how big the kitchen is and that’s part of the reason I stay. I enjoy the locks we have and the size of the bathrooms, but I do think the parking situation needs to be fixed

      A lot of fees for no reason I enjoy the interior of the apartment complex, but I wish they were more visitor, friendly and people friendly. I feel like when I call the office sometimes they basically just expect you to know everything and kind of act like they don’t care about you and I think that’s frustrating.

      There has been no complaints since moving in back in November. The area is quite nice and not easily bothered by the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend it to family members and friends.

      I have been having an amazing time renting from escape at arrowhead. Everyone is so easy to talk to and work with. Especially when you have issues or concerns with your unit. Definitely will be recommending escape at arrowhead to people who are looking to rent an apartment.

      Love living hear the past 3 years. :staff of friendly and helpful. The complex is well maintained and the local food trucks that have been coming on a rotation have been so fun and good for socializing and meeting to friends

      Great experience overall. I gave 3 stars for noise because the person above me has very heavy footsteps that sometimes wake my kids up, even around midnight. The neighborhood is good and close to many places, but the location feels a little awkward when it comes to driving in and accessing the gate. Great amenities and l especially love the AC control in my unit, it has great options.

      I will say maintenance is pretty quick, but we have a lot of issues internally with the complex like the wall. It’s not real paint so it gets dirty and they wanna charge us for it which I think is a little silly and. Like the rent that’s increasing $200 and then as well as the parking is from 35 to 75. I think a lot of it is nickeling and diming
