March 3, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comEsperanza Apartments was my home for 3 years, I enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. My apartment was spacious and anytime there was a small issue, like replacing lights or replacing fridge filter, they were there within 24 hrs. The staff has always been very kind to me. I am glad to have lived there. My apartment included washer and dryer and was located on the first floor. Easy to access and exit the complex. You have a lot of new fast food restaurants, coffee shops and several bars are ...near by too and HEB is a super quick drive as well as La Culebra meat market. These apartments are cheaply built.I strongly recommend looking at every other possible property before signing a lease with this complex. Trust this review.
