Beautiful and Comfortable
March 3, 2024Esperanza Apartments was my home for 3 years, I enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. My apartment was spacious and anytime there was a small issue, like replacing lights or replacing fridge filter, they were there within 24 hrs. The staff has always been very kind to me. I am glad to have lived there. My apartment included washer and dryer and was located on the first floor. Easy to access and exit the complex. You have a lot of new fast food restaurants, coffee shops and several bars are ...near by too and HEB is a super quick drive as well as La Culebra meat market. Fast acces to 211 and 90 as well as 1604. Great location. Enjoyed!Property Manager Responded

Do not move here
February 27, 2021Rude property manager. The regional manager demonstrates horrible customer service. I would give these apartments half of a star if that was an option. These apartments are cheaply built.I strongly recommend looking at every other possible property before signing a lease with this complex. Trust this review.
