It’s nice and quiet, there is sometimes dog poop left by residents. And have had pests on and off but pest control has been decent. There are a few things maintenance has not taken care of but they are things that higher up has to approve…

It’s not a bad place to live, but the maintenance is not great and staff don’t seem to care when you call and let them know it’s been weeks or months to get something fixed. The neighbors are quiet. The apartment is affordable and the neighborhood is nice.

Move in process has been smooth so far. I’m moving from another state and the staff has been incredibly helpful. I was stressed since it’s all online but they’ve been very kind and responsive for the most part! Very excited to get settled and enjoy my time at Espiral.

Ivanna is so helpful and friendly! Apartments are cute! The process to get in is a little tricky but Ivanna in the office had stellar communication and really helped to explain things if I had a question.

Maintenance- Terrible, forget about putting in a request. I’ve submitted a request everyday of the week and maintenance never came. Leaving a terrible odor from the dishwasher because the garbage disposal not working and sink backing up.
Communication- None what so ever. Called the office SIX TIMES and no answer or call back. Went to the office during business hours and the staff were not going to be back in office for another hour .

This is a wonderful place to live. The only issue I have is the occasional long wait to have an appliance fixed. I also have a hard time getting the leasing office to answer every now and then.

The pool has been closed in the front FOR MONTHS but is being shown as an Amenity. Can't use the pool or jacuzzi or grills because it's kept Locked

When I first moved in two years ago, I loved living here. Grounds were beautiful. There were two working pools little dog park for my little dog maintenance was phenomenal on top of every call. Same day. I love the staff. They were amazing. Now there seems to be a delay. Grounds are not as kept one pool’s been out of commission for over a year. Overall experience is still wonderful. My neighbors are beautiful people.

Espiral Apartments is a great place to live! Good location, staff is quick to resolve any issues, the place is clean and quiet, apartments are nicely updated. It has everything I need and I hope to stay here for years to come.
