June 16, 2025I appreciate the safety and attention that management gives to taking care of their residents and community in general. I very much enjoy the many amenities that are provided— especially secured parking, a secured package room, and the general appearance of the property itself. May 16, 2025As much as I love my own apartment and my space, there have been some issues with facilities and fellow tenants in the building. I find it hard to find washers and dryers that consistently work without having to queue for a spot. A few days ago, a resident was walking around the lobby with an open bottle of liquor, cursing and following other tenants around, taunting them. I’d like to feel safe in my home, and I wish there was more attention to security and safety in the building.Property Manager Responded

April 25, 2025Best location in town by far! Alicia is an amazing apartment manager too. Sometimes noise levels are high and parking can be complicated. Overall a great experience worth staying around for. Just renewed my lease.Property Manager Responded
