March 16, 2026The Esplanade offered us a readily available apartment that would accommodate us and our two dogs immediately, when we were given 15 days to vacate our rental home of 12 years due to our landlady's failing health. We have not lived in a building before, and we had to downsize considerably and put a lot in storage. My son moved out on his own. It has been a huge transition for us, dealing with so much sadness, loss, change in just a short time. We have found the apartment to be clean, open, ...and comfortable. We were not given access to laundry facilities because they ran out of "cards" and are awaiting new machines. This has been a hardship. Residents have been nice to us, except for a few "busybodies", but all in all, we are pleased, and very grateful. March 8, 2026The Esplanade Apartments have continually fallen below standard while continually increasing in rent. The standard of people they allow to live here has drastically fallen. The washing machines haven't worked for months.. The lady in the office (older blond lady) is really not friendly. Alicia is nice but I think she is overwhelmed. February 15, 2026It’s pretty quiet, I love the community events they host! (Wine down Wednesday, door decorating etc.) Many of the washers and dryers are broken. It’s hell searching for ones that work. The theatre room has also become unavailable for about 3 months now. January 15, 2026There’s always something not working however, the maintenance people comes to fix it and usually get it done. There’s also the smell of cigarettes late a night for some reason.Property Manager Responded
