I love the Grandview area and enjoy all the activity. When I decided that I wanted to live in the area, my biggest challenge was finding a place that was quiet enough to work from home but close enough that I could still enjoy everything Grandview has to offer. At Essex, I found just that!! The building is smaller than most communities but luxurious and offers everything I need! The Starbucks Coffee Bar starts off my day and occasionally I’ll even take advantage of working outside in the ...
beautiful courtyard. Even if I have to go into the office Downtown, it’s a short commute with only a 9 min drive. Fabulous location, amazing and attentive staff, always clean and friendly neighbors. If you’re searching for a new place and you enjoy Grandview as much as I do, Essex is the ONE!

In addition to the great location, the management is excellent and truly cares about its residents. I cannot recommend Essex Apartments highly enough! This apartment building is a hidden gem near Ohio State University, making it incredibly convenient for my son, who is studying at OSU. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the School of Medicine and Natural Sciences. My son absolutely loves living here. The BBQ area and indoor patio are his favorite spots to relax and socialize. The facilities are always impeccably clean, and the staff is kind, respectful, and always ready to help. ...

I can’t say enough good things about Essex! I moved in 2 months ago and have loved it. As someone who’s new to Columbus, the location is perfect. My unit is exactly what I was looking for: brand new, modern, sleek, and a great layout. The amenities and resident events are awesome and Kristine & Loni are the best!! Highly recommend!!
