This is my 5th time posting this.
Essex deletes reviews constantly. This is the 5th time I am posting this.
They are nefarious and this battle I have been having should tell you everything you need to know about Essex Boutique
I had an awful experience living there and wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy:
How to tour essex:
Step 1: Play music off your phone on the kitchen island and go stand in the bedroom and hear how little noise is blocked out.
Step 2: Check all the door frames and ...
fixtures and see how poorly fit together everything is. The doors have massive gaps between the frame and this contributes to the aforementioned poor noise. These gaps skyrocket your energy bills.
Step 3. Go open a window and see how poorly made the window is. Feel the draft around the sides and realize that’s your money going out the door in heating costs.
Step 4: Ask how you pay for electricity for your unit, the building, and about American Power and Light. AP&L is a sub metering company who can change your rates on a whim. Ask who AP&L is owned by.
Step 5: Ask the leasing agent if they would ever charge for dirty BASEBOARDS. If they say they wouldn’t, show them this review. They will do anything to get your money.
Step 6: Ask yourself what type of company you want to lease with. I would suggest you look up the owner of preferred living and see if his political values align with yours.
Prospective renter, I urge you to stop what you are doing and to just find another apartment. You can do so much better for yourself.
