A Grandview Gem!
June 25, 2024I love the Grandview area and enjoy all the activity. When I decided that I wanted to live in the area, my biggest challenge was finding a place that was quiet enough to work from home but close enough that I could still enjoy everything Grandview has to offer. At Essex, I found just that!! The building is smaller than most communities but luxurious and offers everything I need! The Starbucks Coffee Bar starts off my day and occasionally I’ll even take advantage of working outside in the ...beautiful courtyard. Even if I have to go into the office Downtown, it’s a short commute with only a 9 min drive. Fabulous location, amazing and attentive staff, always clean and friendly neighbors. June 7, 2024I cannot recommend Essex Apartments highly enough! This apartment building is a hidden gem near Ohio State University, making it incredibly convenient for my son, who is studying at OSU. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the School of Medicine and Natural Sciences. My son absolutely loves living here. The BBQ area and indoor patio are his favorite spots to relax and socialize. The facilities are always impeccably clean, and the staff is kind, respectful, and always ready to help. ...The private, gated garage adds an extra layer of security, and package deliveries are managed with a secure box system, complete with notification messages. One of the best features is the complimentary coffee, water, and variety of teas available to residents. Essex also offers numerous other amenities that enhance the living experience. What sets Essex apart is its small, close-knit community. The leasing office staff knows each resident by name and organizes multiple activities to show how much they value their tenants.
