    Do not move here. Nothing gets fixed, you only get told “don’t know” when you ask when something will/can be fixed. Not even someone from the property company will call. NOTHING gets resolved. Save yourself the trouble & move somewhere else!!!

  • Estate Villas At Krum, poor managment

    October 16, 2018
    I had may issues with this property after moving in. The apartment has several things not working or missing parts and not fixed. The grounds of the apartments were not clean and people with dogs were not asked to remove dog waste. I had 2 dogs and I had a hard time walking them to do the amount of dog waste in areas. The parking was terrible and most of the time you have to park in a dirt lot outside of the apartments due to no parking, garages were 100 dollars extra and even if attached to the ...
    apartment. This area would also flood with rain. The pool was closed several times during the summer and a few occasions police were called on minors causing trouble with no supervision. My AC was broken 6 times in 3 months and never fixed properly and caused very high electric bills. I loved the area and it was quiet most of the time. I think if the management cared a little more and fixed things properly it would be a better choice for people.

  • Parking IS HORRIBLE

    No matter how hard the management works to improve the apartments or the grounds, there just ins't enough parking. I continuously have to park outside of the complex due to the lack of parking spots. Management does not care about this issue. I've contacted the management multiple times about people parking inside the complex who do not live here, but they just don't care. You WILL have to park outside of the complex unless you pay more for a garage. Of course they want MORE money for the ...

We have noted that the amount of vehicles parking in this area has tremendously decreased. We value our residents’ concerns and strive in providing excellent customer service. We do have towing available if vehicles are parked without parking permits. We would be happy to provide the number for towing company if you note vehicles parked when you come in that do not have permits of your convenience. As you are probably aware any business cannot catch every incident 24 hours a day but we do our best to ensure quality and service are our priority.   • Great apartment, poor management

    August 18, 2015
    The features in this apartment are great. We especially like the large patio and the open feel of the apartment. However, the management of the apartment has not been great. When we first moved in, the refrigerator was not turned on and the smoke detectors were not attached. Many of the doors would get stuck and not close all the way. We have also had multiple problems with the air conditioner not being able to cool below 78 in the afternoon until about 10 pm. Parking is also an issue as we often ...

    After a change of management, this apartment is slowly improving. Very nice lay out of apartments with attached and detached garages available. Apartment buildings are 2 story each, but stairs to the 2nd floor are INSIDE. Makes for a nice home feeling.
