Nice neighborhood
February 9, 2021I have been here since October 2020 and I have had no issues with the unit or neighborhood. I really like the trash valet service that comes in handy. Really like how there is a washer and dryer in the unit and they work perfectly. Loudest community
June 17, 2020This apartment complex is the loudest place I've ever lived. If you live on the first floor you can hear every noise and footstep of the people above you, especially if they have children. If they're jumping or running, it shakes the apartment and makes the windows rattle. Floors and walls are very thin. The AC/Heating is never working properly and every room is a different temperature and changes drastically from morning to evening. Even after we had maintenance "fix" it. People are constantly ...driving through in the middle of the night blasting their music, 3am to be exact, or shooting off fireworks! When a family that lived above us moved out, they began renovating that apartment. The workers were working up until 11pm on a week night, banging away and it was incredibly loud! We explained that we had a 5 month old baby trying to sleep and we were too, but they said they need to continue to work for a half hour more! We should have taken it as a sign not to move here when they forgot about us in the application process even though I called and emailed them several times to keep in the loop. Their communication is extremely poor and some staff seem to have no clue what's going on.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Roaches
November 13, 2019Do not move in here. I have lived here for about a year and from day one have had issues. The day we moved in we started seeing roaches. We contacted the management each time but they are no help. They will come out and spray but the roaches are back the very next day. They say that are doing all they can but this is ridiculous. The people in the office are rude and will never call you back and basically talk down to you. Stay far away from this place.Property Manager Responded

June 1, 2019I recently moved to estates at Brentwood lakes... The staff is courteous the always greet you with a smile and take the time to know you by name... I love my neighbors and the well light parking and streets , where I can walk snd not be afraid.. Not to forget their maintenance team is on top of it .. Sincerely. Sad to leave
May 16, 2019Leaving after 3 years. I honestly love living here, the best rest for such an open floor plan. I have pros & cons, but you will have that everywhere you live. It seems the interiors were updated very nice after I moved in. I would probably not ever leave if I lived in the ones photoed on the website because they are gorgeous. Not a fan of the new energy efficient facets, as barely any water comes out now, speed bumps are vicious, & maintenance does take a very long to time come fix things . ...But valet trash is amazing, & overall an amazing place to live & they just keep improving the complex.Property Manager Responded
