Fleas infestation in my apartment

I wanted to share my experience regarding a serious flea issue in my apartment. (Mind you I don't have pets, this was here before I arrived). When I reported it, the office sent pest control to do a fogger only. From my understanding, a fogger masks the problem rather than truly treating an infestation. The technician didn’t even have the pest control company name on his truck, which felt unprofessional. sleep. I communicated this to the office and expressed how this has impacted my mental and physical well-being, including causing stress and hives. I was told there’s “I have to wait the 7 days” and that I essentially have to deal with it. I understand treatments can get worse before they improve, but this approach has been incredibly frustrating and inadequate for addressing what is a real infestation.
