One star is generous! Though it is a roof over your head there are many improved ideas nearby. Everything that could go wrong did. They were unresponsive anytime we reached out. We had issues with almost every appliance. The office was disorganized. Multiple times they went back on what they told us. None of the complex is taken care of well. which they told us rent would go up almost $600. They originally gave us a unit someone was living in. We replaced toilet seats, vents, shower heads, and other stuff to get it more livable and painted to cover up a constant smoke smell. When we moved in, every shelf was covered in filth and stained. When we moved out they assigned very high charges even after we followed the move out instructions given. The only redeeming quality is being in a good school district if you have kids in school.
