September 24, 2021if I had the option I'd have given negative stars, Don't move here & I repeat DON'T MOVE HERE, since day one have seen a lot of Roaches!!! in 2019 when snow storm happened there water pipes got busted and it took them weeks to fix it and right after that the management started sending letters to everyone about useless fines , they were giving fine to everyone over everything just so they can have the money to repair there pipes which was none of the residents mistake but still had to ...pay. secondly, your personal belongings are not SAFE many people had there cars broken into in the middle of the night, instead of taking better steps like installing cameras around the property. The administration send out letters saying keep your personal belongings with you. (was a good step but much more needed to be done to keep the residents and there belonging safe) everywhere you go all the apartments take care of you because you pay them rent and in return they provide you a safe and comfortable place to live but that's not the case here. from my experience of living with them, I have came up with conclusion that these apartment are all about Money Money & Money !!!!!! they would keep giving you fines just so they can make as much as possible from you and on the other hand the quality that they are providing is NOT WORTH IT. when you stop by the office for the first time they would try there 100% to enroll you so they can make up the application fees don't be trapped.(that's how they got me ) Think multiple times!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I've been living on a hot apt for months and nobody seems to care , they keep ignoring me or closing my work orders without fixing anything, ... MAINTENANCE is the worst!!!! ,i have a family of raccoons living on my ceiling and they keep saying they will take care of it and nothing happens , so frustrating!!! they blame the ac issue to the raccoons but yet nothing has been done !!! the racoons opened a hole on my kitchen ceiling now is ...dripping water yet nothing has been done they keep closing my work order and even hung up on my calls , cant wait to moveRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 14, 2020I have been dealing with mold/mildew whatever the manager Connie wants to call it for 4 months now. Already put in 3 maintenance orders. Paint peels off the wall. It’s already the middle of July and they still have not opened the pools up. My mailbox has been broken since I moved in. These apartments are cheap for a reason.Property Manager Responded

Don't do it
January 29, 2020used condoms in the parking lot maintenance does not fix anything random fines without any warning apartment employees going into your apt without notifying you walls are not insulated they charge you more for water than you would pay in a 4 bedroom house black mold covered by paint AC always going out in summer roaches everywhere!!!! Apartment left unlocked
November 7, 2017These apartments continue to get worse the longer I live here. They raise rent and do less. They had a contractor on property and unlocked my apartment for the contractor but then left my unit unsecured all day with people going in and out when ever they felt like. I found my unit open when I got home from work and no one in site. When I complained I was asked if anything was missing, I said I did not think so and they said then it is okay. This is a huge problem, If my child had come home ...and someone had been inside waiting for her or stealing things. Just because nothing is missing does not make this okay. I requested for the apartments to make a note of their negligence in my tenant record and they refused and stated that if I want I can send them an email about it. Along with this three times they have entered my unit and left work orders for things that were not broken. I did not call and request any work yet my name was listed as the caller. once was supposedly a clogged toilet which was not clogged when I left for work so if it had been clogged it was their maintenance crew using my facilities. The most recent was to fix a broken garbage disposal that was not broken, However they busted the sheet rock under the sink and now I have seen mice running in and out of the hole that was left. Cheaters
March 3, 2017This management company is in to the cheating business, BUYERS BE WEAR. My sister a young and inexperience girl was cheated out of her deposit. Their policies are that if you get denied which she was not, you get your money back, but God forbid you change your mind and realize you are making a mistake by moving here where you might not have any kind of family or support and they will for sure keep your money! This after the manager stated the deposit was refundable. September 22, 2015Okay apartments, just need either hire more maintenance men, or put the work orders out a little faster. Neighbors are great, never have any problems. We all bbq either together or bring each other plates of food. the area is always kept clean, and never have any problem with trash around the building.Review from Apartments.com

September 2, 2015The apartments are spacious and the staff is quite attentive. Despite it's proximity to the airport I hardly ever noticed the airplanes. Being located off of 161 makes it an easy commute for most any job in the metroplex. Only real complaint I ever had was that the pet deposit and fee is a bit high considering they hardly ever fill the doggy bag dispensers on property. A great apartment, but probably better to keep shopping if you have pets unless you don't mind paying a bit more for your pets.Review from Apartments.com
Great Value, Fine Little Community.
August 9, 2015Older apartments, but aren't those always the larger ones? Not upgraded and ritzy, but perfect for fitting all your stuff without sacrificing comfort. Plenty of parking and plenty of covered spaces available. Clean community; caring staff. Was pleasantly surprised to discover this is a neighborhood of all colors respectfully living here-- considerate of each other. Residents leave out their plants, lawn chairs and barbecues; people clean up after their dogs; people look you in the eye, smile ...and say good morning. July 28, 2015Everything about the apartments are cheap. The appliances are cheap, the cabinets are cheap, the carpet is cheap. My stove has gone out 5 times and they refuse to replace it. Right by the airport. Rent started out cheap but each time you renew they raise it to the max.Review from Apartments.com
