New management
February 4, 2022I moved in July 2021 and everything was great until the property was sold and under new management. I can never get ahold of anyone over the phone which they recommend. When I try to go in they say I need to make an appointment or they change their lunch schedule. It was so easy to make rent payments online with my checking account but with this new system, I have had many issues. I have had to pay with money orders. November 12, 2021Since my arrival to Estraya Westover Hills complex, I have been quite pleased with the speed and professionalism of the maintenance team. I have had several requests that they responded to and the issues were fixed within a day or two for routine issues. For high priority issues they responded the same day as the request was submitted. September 13, 2021After 9 months of being here, I still really love it. Maintenence is usually quick if you have an issue pop up, and the office staff is super friendly. The food trucks are a nice thing to have come by! Overall, it's been a good place to live. I do recommend a garage, my truck did have the catalytic converter stolen early on, but I feel super safe with the garage, not only from thieves, but any weather that moves through, my truck is protected!
