New management
February 4, 2022I moved in July 2021 and everything was great until the property was sold and under new management. I can never get ahold of anyone over the phone which they recommend. When I try to go in they say I need to make an appointment or they change their lunch schedule. It was so easy to make rent payments online with my checking account but with this new system, I have had many issues. I have had to pay with money orders. They misplaced my rent payment one month and I was told I would have to pay ...again. Thankfully they “found” it. I cannot wait to move out!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I have had several requests that they responded to and the issues were fixed within a day or two for routine issues. For high priority issues they responded the same day as the request was submitted. September 13, 2021After 9 months of being here, I still really love it. Maintenence is usually quick if you have an issue pop up, and the office staff is super friendly. The food trucks are a nice thing to have come by! Overall, it's been a good place to live. I do recommend a garage, my truck did have the catalytic converter stolen early on, but I feel super safe with the garage, not only from thieves, but any weather that moves through, my truck is protected! January 25, 2021So far, so good! The homes are really nice, the property is well kept. The location is awesome!
