The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe, which has made it a comfortable place to call home. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and courteous—any issues I've reported have been addressed promptly and professionally. The amenities, including the fitness center, pool, and clubhouse, are always clean and accessible, which adds real value to everyday living. I also appreciate the ...location—it offers convenient access to major highways, local grocery stores, and downtown Austin while still maintaining a relaxed, residential feel. July 5, 2025I have had a great time here at ethos. The only issue is that the gate never works and therefore there are a lot of vehicle break-ins and tires that are stolen. Fortunately, this has not happened to my car but I have seen countless cars like this. Maintenance staff is great and super timely!Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2025Seriously! A crappy email stating the pool is closed with no explanation and no expected open date - just 'until further notice!! And in JUNE!!!! Then to repeatedly see the trash overflowing with bags and debris all around the enclosure piled up and today with yellow caution tape so now there's trash piling up outside. No explanation no nothing yet again. The lack of explanation and actual care in communication here is the worst.Property Manager Responded
