I toured the property at Eton at Warner Center this past weekend with Yessenia, and was quite amazed with the amenities this community had to offer. I took a peak inside a 1BR. Felt very home like and made me want to move right in. Giovanni, the manager came to greet me after our conversation was so pleasant and an impressive attitude from them both. I’ve toured a few complexes before but these two made it more enjoyable. I thank you for your time and will reach back out very soon! Thank you.

I've lived here for 2 years and still live here. The building is fine, but the staff is the problem. The do not fix issues and allow problems to persist, like multiple break-ins. I've even had homeless people sitting outside of my door with no security to be found. Another example, is that the fire alarm has gone off 50 times at least since they bought the property and they do nothing about it. It is not worth it - there are a dozen new buildings in the area that are newer and have better ...
staff. It really cannot get worse.
