Amazing ambience
May 17, 2023I toured the property at Eton at Warner Center this past weekend with Yessenia, and was quite amazed with the amenities this community had to offer. I took a peak inside a 1BR. Felt very home like and made me want to move right in. Giovanni, the manager came to greet me after our conversation was so pleasant and an impressive attitude from them both. Units are fine, but beware of lazy, complacent, and rude staff
July 15, 2022I've lived here for 2 years and still live here. The building is fine, but the staff is the problem. The do not fix issues and allow problems to persist, like multiple break-ins. I've even had homeless people sitting outside of my door with no security to be found. Another example, is that the fire alarm has gone off 50 times at least since they bought the property and they do nothing about it. It is not worth it - there are a dozen new buildings in the area that are newer and have better ...staff. It really cannot get worse.Property Manager Responded
