Very unprofessional on their end. I had been texting back and forth with the leasing company about scheduling an appointment to view the apartment. They asked for my info as well as my budget to see what apartments I can qualify for. I made the appointment for 9am on a weekday so I called off of work. When I got there the person I was messaging said to look for the leasing office. After not finding the leasing office they told me to call the number on the sign which is their boss. the person said that it was an automated text message center and they usually book the appointment for them but this time the automated machine forgot to send them a message about my appointment. He said he was available later in the day and told me to come back at 4pm -4:30pm. I came back later in the day at 4pm and told him I was outside he said okay. I waited until 4:25 to send him a message that I was still waiting and another message at 4:45 that I was still waiting and asking if he got my message. I have had no response from that. I proceeded to call but the leasing agent hung up. This was a total waste of time.
