Horrible
February 22, 2023I have been a resident for 4yrs or more, I have had maintenance issues from the first week. They can't keep maintenance, and the ones they do take in have horrible attitudes and are lazy. Nothings ever done in a timely manner. My family and I are without heat right now because they pick and choose emergencies. This is the 3rd or 4th time within a week. We have 2 babies that's caught colds now plus ourselves. It's freezing and finally talk to maintenance supervisor a couple minutes ago and he ...says he'll get someone out here but didn't know when,could be later tonight. Just lazy. I had an inspection back in Nov, 7 things failed, here they still haven't fixed them. I can't wait to move. They all ignore calls and messages. I wouldn't recommend this place to even a homeless person. Trust me, I'm not the only one. Needless to say the violence is unbearable. My bathroom window was shot at, they still haven't fixed that. December 9, 2019Although I have had some problems getting work orders resolved and still are having problems and at times it can be loud outside from some residents and there kids it a good place to stay overall. One thing I must say for a 2 bedroom Townhouse is way too much it’s a house note. I am disabled and it’s really hard seeing my check go to Rent and bills and nothing left over. Met my needs
December 8, 2018I've been staying in the Euclid apartments for about 6 months and i can honestly say it has its perks. Things started off a bit rocky, but my needs were quickly taken care of. I absolutely love my town home. Its so convenient to get around to stores and cozy. Thanks to the propeety mannager Renee F. She made sure i had everything i needed to make my stay complete. Euclid apartments
September 27, 2015I have lived here for 2 years. It's a good neighborhood. A lot of kids in the neighborhood and a nice playground close by. There is great security and maintenance help. Don't have to wait long with problems. The neighbors are great and apartments are a great size for a cheap price.
