If You're Looking for a Big Apartment, This is It!
August 14, 2015The building is located 2 blocks from Paseo Colorado shopping Center and just a little bit farther to Old Town Pasadena. Restaurants and shopping galore await you a few blocks away on Lake Avenue. This building is centrally located to everything you could ever want or need; shopping, libraries, restaurants, bars , museums, botanical gardens...the list goes on and on. The size of these apartments are wonderful. Spacious bedrooms and large kitchens. The building has a laundry room and an inviting ...lobby. Other than that there are no amenities here. No pool, hot tub, etc. Repairs are not repaired quickly. Especially the elevator which is constantly breaking down. This build should definitely be looked at if you want to be centrally located in a spacious apartment without going broke on rent!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
