non renewal
July 28, 2023Have been a model tennet for 2 years ( think we only paid late once because of a mess up on a bank draft not going thru and it was fixed within 12 hours) and a few weeks b4 our lease renewal would be sent out the office staff left at our front door a non renewal statement, and they waited until 5:40pm on a Friday to put that notice on our door when myself and my roommate were home at the time and the office staff did not attempt to knock or ring the door bell to notify us in person. And when I ...called the office at 5:50pm I was told the property manager had already left for the day and they are the only person that can give us a reason as to why and to reverse this and was told I could leave my name and number and the property manager might get back to me within the end of next week because they r very busy right now.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love it here
March 21, 2023We moved here originally after losing our apartment in another community due to Hurricane Ian. We definitely plan on staying. We love living in a community that has 27 miles of walking trails and there's a trailhead at both ends of Evander Square. Anytime we put in a service request for maintenance, they were here in a day or two (and that's for non-emergency). The staff is friendly and efficient, and the community is clean and well-maintained. The apartments are close to Disney and every type of ...restaurant or shopping desired.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2023Have been living here for 5 years the management is awesome. The maintenance team is always helpful. I would recommend this complex 100%. Great location everything is close by shopping,hospital,restaurants. Great walking and biking paths throughout the area. The pools and the exercise rooms are clean and kept up. Poor Management poorly built apartments
November 7, 2022Management does not care about it's tenets and are useless. The maintenance team is annoying driving around on their golf carts all day doing a whole lot of nothing. There are cracks in the walls near support beams. There is so much dust that has to be cleaned daily. That fake wood flooring is not professionally set where glue seeps up from the floors. It's noisy Monday through Saturday. Walls are paper thin. There are annoying kids everywhere ring the door bell and running away. People from ...other areas use the pool. Cars get broken into. Very Rude. Condescending.
June 8, 2022Went there to tour a couple apartments. Immediately felt judged. First thing they pointed out was there is no elevator as the manager looked me up and down like I was too fat for stairs. When we said that was ok, she pointed out “Well our apartments are almost $3000. Is that in your budget?” If I couldn’t afford it I wouldn’t have walked in, but what I certainly won’t tolerate is giving someone over 30k a year to be spoken down to. Applied. Never heard back.
December 27, 2021My wife and i applied for the addison a few weeks ago. Didn't hear back after a couple days so i called. The person on the phone said they were waiting for the manager to come in. I waited two days never heard back. So i called again...same answer. So i gave up and waited for some kind of communication. NOTHING. Its been a few weeks or so. Dont have a clue whats going on. And we might apply for other apartments because obviously evander dont want our bussiness.Property Manager Responded
