Great building and amazing management!!

This is by far one of the best buildings in midtown/design district. The location is hard to beat, and the building is beautiful. I love the pool deck and all the amenities. The management company does a great job and is very responsive whenever I need help. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a very high end apartment experience!!

Regretting this one week in…

I've been living here for a week and I already regret it. Don't do it. It's a pretty building but disorganised and sloppily run. I've been dealing with missing packages that are somewhere in the building (including my WIFI ROUTER) and the leasing office still won't get back to me about where it is. So here I am, without WiFi, for multiple days which I need for work... I've had so many issues already and it's been *one week*. Yikes.

I move in a year ago, everything was great until I got to the apartment. Everything WAS BROKEN! I’ll let them know that, they never responded to me, 6 months ago the two bathroom sinks fell off, I told them that they fell off, it’s been 6 months and still they haven’t fix that, I have to brush my teeth at the kitchen, do you think this is a luxury building? NOOO, you pay a lot for the “luxury lifestyle” and it’s not even close to that, the management? They never respond, they treat you with bad ...
attitude ALL THE TIME! If you try to contact them good luck because they will not answer you. I been trying to end my lease for a month now, the other building that I am moving has been contacting them still no answer, my realtor still no answer, Me sending them emails, calls still no answer, when I show up at the office they tell me that they can’t assist me because they have other important manners…. Don’t waste your money, IS NOT WORTH IT, when I move in I saw the bad reviews and didn’t want to listen and this are my consequences, please listen now before it’s too late. Everytime they charge more.

We have been living in this building for over two years and management went from bad to terrible!!! Maria (previous manager) is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They ZERO interest in the building and spend their day in the office charging all the residences. I had two BIG and SERIOUS situations and they didn't take care of it. They are always telling excuses and LIES. Not only the ON-SITE management but their district manager and owners as well. THEY HONESTLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR ...
RESIDENCES, all they care about is money. Customer services really suck. I do not recommend renting here at all. Yes, it's a pretty building but that's it. NOT WORTH ANY PENNY!

I lived at Eve at the District for 2 years and I have never experience in my life having a management company lie so much to their residence like they do. Its all empty promises, its not a high end luxury condo like they want you to think. The manager and assistance manager do not follow up on issues with the building. I lived there 2 years. Quality of services became less and less from the very beginning of our move in. Management is not particular helpful. Some of the issue I had are dents in my car from valet, missing sunglasses twice from car, swim ware turned bleach white from the jacuzzi water and skin became red - of which there was no concern from management. Elevators regularly break down. Front desk often listening to their music and is not attentive. Pool area needs new coverings due to wear and ...
tear and some lounge chairs are broken. Outdoor grill doesn’t work, well only 1/2 section of 2 grills. Winter time the pool is not heated, where other pools in midtown areas were much warmer.

RENTER BEWARE

RENTER BEWARE Management (Maria) here is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They take no interest in the building and spend their day in the office versus walking the grounds and checking the building. When you bring issues up to them, they superficially acknowledge but take no action. For the place being only about two years old, it is falling apart to to a lack of effective management. went from being nice to nasty. They claimed there was damage in the apartment when there was not. We took extensive photos and. Ideas to show the place was left in perfect condition. They refused to refund the deposit. They claimed we owed them approx. $600. I had to file a complaint with the State of Florida that resulted in management having to return $350 to me. Maria lacks the ability to be professional. Management routinely talks to tenants about other tenants business, who is close to being evicted, etc. this should never occur due to personal privacy issues. I recommend never renting at this building.

Looks great when you tour, but move in is something entirely different. I had multiple problems, a filthy apartment and lots of damage that should have been taken care of before I ever got there.

I moved into the Eve about 5 months ago, and it's been the best decision EVER! I fell in love with the artistic decor, clean CLEAN CLEAN lobby and common spaces, and honestly the people. Management goes ABOVE and beyond for everyone living there. I have rented in NYC, Boston, LA, and Oahu and this is by far the BEST rental I've ever been in.
