I love living here because it is beautiful except for the issues I mentioned earlier. Administrative & maintenance staff are helpful & prompt in responding to my concerns. I like where they power wash our buildings every year & have fire sprinkler inspection annually too. They also inspect & clean dryer vents annually.

As a new S.C. resident, I’m glad I found Eventide! The location is central to so much that Beaufort has to offer: the beach, shopping, restaurants, and beautiful scenery. The property itself is private and beautifully maintained. There’s a great pool, grills for barbecuing, and the management team frequently offers events for the residents; sometimes even a food truck. Moving south was a big step for me, and I’m very glad I found this complex.

This apartment complex is great for first timers on renting an apartment. As well as great service for military members. The management team does a great job on spreading word of fun activities. And the dog park is big enough for my two puppies to have fun around in.
