Renewing My Lease!
April 22, 2025I have now lived at Eventide for about 20 months. Deborrah, the Assistant Property Manager, reached out about my upcoming lease renewal. I had some options I wanted to explore and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Anna, the manager, later joined the conversation. They both are thoroughly professional, patient, and just delightful people. Beyond leasing, they have worked to enhance the clubhouse & grounds. Their efforts, along with those of the stellar maintenance guys, have elevated the ...Eventide experience. It is better than ever! June 10, 2024I like living here because it is quiet & beautiful. There is a private boardwalk in the back of the community where you can stroll anytime you want to. There is a shelter at the end of the boardwalk where you can sit down & just enjoy the day. I also like the fact that there is a small gym that I can go to if I cannot exercise in nature.
