Most of the office staff know me by name. The maintenance crew will frequently greet me or offer to help me if they're just driving past me on the golf carts. I've lived in the unit for 6 years, I've never had my washer or dryer replaced, or the hose replaced. My refrigerator is old, and should have been replaced. A resident that has lived on a property fir 4 or more years shoukd be offered updates to the unit without asking.Property Manager Responded
