The Evergreen Club has been a great place for me to live for 2 years now. Any issues I have are resolved respectfully and professionally. Most of the office staff know me by name. The maintenance crew will frequently greet me or offer to help me if they're just driving past me on the golf carts. It's a quiet location with well maintained grounds.

Staff is always courteous, and professional. I don't feel they are proactive when it comes to preventing maintenance issues. I've lived in the unit for 6 years, I've never had my washer or dryer replaced, or the hose replaced. My refrigerator is old, and should have been replaced. A resident that has lived on a property fir 4 or more years shoukd be offered updates to the unit without asking.

As a single person who can seldom be home to deal with any maintenance, repair, or service issues, the concierge level of handling those issues by Evergreen Club is really appreciated.
