The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are on some form of assistance they work with you to keep your rent affordable. The grounds are well kept. The complex is within walking or biking range of the Village of Fairport. Bus service is reasonably accessible.

The Pines is in a good location. We’ve lived here for four years and have enjoyed the general quietness and park like landscape of the area, plus the mostly cordial community. There’s been an increase, however, of riff-raff in the past couple of years in our immediate area with a noticeable smell of weed in the parking lot, also entering our apartment through the kitchen, living room and bathroom vents from the neighboring apartment. Hopefully the caring staff will resolve this issue for the ...

I at one point liked living here, until I had a major issue of a roof leak. Nothing has been done for around 3 months and I am disgusted to the point of giving up on the pines of perinton

It is a great place to live the maintenance crew is very nice and polite but the other part of that is sometimes they are short staff so they will run end and call themselves fixing what you need to be fixed by half doing and go to the next assignment.

Location is the main focus when you're living in an area of like Fairport for the price that is reasonable. Airport is a community of everybody cares and it's a great Community raise a family because I grew up in Fairport lol location and price you won't find anything cheaper in The Pines of Perinton in Fairport lol
