A great place to call home
April 8, 2016I'm usually not one to give reviews but I have loved living here! The grounds are well kept, all of the staff is helpful & friendly, not to mention it's so peaceful here. Best Apartments!
September 17, 2015I recently moved into Evergreen and I loved it from the first look. It is situated on 33 Farm Acres and surrounded by farms which are grandfathered in to remain farms. Every view in my apartment shows nature and wildlife . I don't hear my neighbors and feels like I am on vacation all the time. The property manager Danielle is so delightful from the moment you walk thru the door. She is very helpful it securing you a home which you will feel like you should have moved here sooner. She makes sure ...every question is answered and your problems if any will be solved instantly. The maintenance live on the premises and come to your aid quickly . The office houses a variety of fun features from a Wi-Fi café to a billiard room and exercise room with the latest equipment. The party room is beautiful with a fireplace and full kitchen to entertain your events. You need to see this to believe it . It feels like a home that you could only dream of and peaceful surroundings to soothe you everyday. First time renters!
July 28, 2015We moved in to the 3rd story (top floor) here at Evergreen Farms in March 2014 into a split 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and have had a great experience for the past year and a half. The space is perfect for the two of us and a cat. The master is perfect for a queen size bed and easily will fit a long dresser and end tables. The connected walk in closet is huge with built in closet organizer. The second bedroom is excellent size and we use it as an office. The space is enough to fit 2 desks and ...not be all up in each others business while working! The connected bathroom is a full bathroom which is great if you have company over. Stacked washer and drier is provided and convenient (no lugging the laundry down to the laundry mat and spending $20 just to wash clothes!). Plenty of storage with another large closet in the spare room that stores all the holiday decor and extra odds and ends lying around. The balcony is great to sit out on and enjoy a nice summer night and large enough for 4 chairs and 2 smAll end tables. All in all great value for what you get and the management is very easy to talk to and get a hold of. July 24, 2013I loved living at Evergreen Farms... The location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you could enjoy a quiet night out on your porch, but right near the highway so the drive time to anywhere important was no problem. The neighbors were quiet and had only positive interactions with everyone, parking was never an issue, and the apartment was in great condition. The best part of Evergreen Farms was the staff though. I had a number of odd and unusual requests and they were extremely ...helpful. The maintenance crew was always quick to respond and took care of all of my needs and the office staff were extremely responsive, approachable, friendly, and supportive. Fabulous community
July 26, 2014Just moved here from out of state and the Leasing Office has been more than helpful from the first steps of finding the right apartment for me, to move-in. Warm fuzzies all around. If you ever watched the movie "Field of Dreams", then this is the place for you. When Dwier Brown asked if this was heaven, Kevin Kostner said no this is Iowa. That should be the motto for this place. Is this heaven? No, it's Evergreen Farms. I love sitting on my balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and ...listening to the birds. Each balcony is private and you don't see your neighbors. Peaceful, serene, tranquil. I love my apartment! My cats are very happy here. There is plenty of room on the windowsills for them to sit and watch the birds. I get a wonderful cross breeze with the windows open. There are 12 units in each building and I never hear anything from the other tenants. The Maintenance staff is a great group of friendly, polite, hard workers. The grounds are maintained daily and the entire complex has a very "welcoming" feel to it. I am close to everything that I need, yet I am in a country setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The party center is spectacular and very tastefully decorated.
