Our son tried to get a sub lease for the summer for 2 months. Evergreen and the management team Hark, dragged their feet on getting a sub contract after stating they would have it with a week and now they are denying the ever said that. Once we got the contract, it was incorrect and had to be redone. All the links sent to us to fill out paperwork never worked. One of the workers said she couldn't even gain access to her lease because their software was not working online. Then after our son lived ...
at the apartment for 10 days, we get a bill for a "bedroom carpet replacement"? He was a sub lease for 10 days on a 12 month original contract. Then they stated they never got some paperwork that we never got and that's why there is a charge. NEVER EVER Rent an apartment from them unless you are prepared to pay erroneous fees.
